Wichita, Kansas's largest city, sits along the Arkansas River in south-central Kansas. Known as the Air Capital of the World, neighborhoods like downtown Wichita, Old Town, and the College Hill area offer pet-friendly living with costs slightly below national average. The city's river access, Sedgwick County Park, and aviation heritage make it an attractive Kansas pet community.
