Located 45 miles north of Anchorage, Wasilla serves as the commercial hub for the Mat-Su Borough. Neighborhoods like Lakes, Lucille, and the Parks Highway corridor provide pet-friendly living with large lots and outdoor access. Costs run 20-30% above national average but below Anchorage.
